enduring life force is what I seek to capture through my art as I experience it
through nature and the people I paint. Engaging all of the senses not just the
visual to convey that spontaneity and intimacy with the moment on the canvas.
This is why I believe my truest expression comes from painting directly from
life, where a merging and communion is experienced with what appears before me
-- becoming a deep meditation and ecstatic experience of oneness. I am drawn
year after year to the South of France because of the radiant quality of the
light but am inspired by all my travels which challenge me to see everything
